The easiest way to reuse the QR code outside of the Forever platform is to go into 'My Account' and click on the "Launch QR" option on the left of the screen. Once your personal QR page loads, you can right click on your mouse and select 'Save image as..' to save a version of this to your desktop computer.

As the Account owner, you have the ability to make any post hidden or visible at any time. Go into 'My Account' and select the 'Manage Memorial Book' button. This will take you to a similar page to your Memorial Book, but with the additional option to change the visibility with the dropdown box. Simply select the visibility that you would like for each post, and this will update right away.

No messages can be edited once they have been submitted. We simply allow you, as the account owner, to hide messages that you feel are inappropriate or unrepresentative. If a mistake has been made, simply hide the original post and recommend the person submit again.

The easiest way is to copy the link in the "My Account" section and paste it into an email with a short message inviting friends and family to share a tribute message. In addition, you can post a message on your social media accounts using your personal URL link. Please be aware that depending on your social media account preferences, people outside your immediate social group may then have access to your Forever Memorial Book.

Yes, at this time Forever is free to use.

We do not delete any memorial books, so your messages and photos will remain on Forever to be enjoyed for years to come.
